What file format should I send my artwork in?

We prefer high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background, or vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). If you only have a JPEG or low-res file, reach out — we can sometimes work with what you have or point you toward a designer.

Do you provide design services?

We specialize in printing, not design. However, we're happy to point you toward trusted resources. When in doubt, email us your concept and we'll let you know if it's print-ready.

Can I order less than 6 pieces?

Our minimum is 6 pieces per design. This allows us to maintain the quality and pricing we're proud of. For very small runs, reach out and we'll do our best to find a solution.

Do you offer rush orders?

Turnaround times vary by order size and schedule. Every quote includes an estimated completion date. Need it by a specific date? Let us know upfront and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I supply my own garments?

We primarily source our own blanks to ensure quality and consistency. Reach out to discuss your situation and we'll let you know if we can accommodate customer-supplied garments.

Do you ship outside of Southern California?

Yes — we're based in the Inland Empire but ship nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated and included in your quote.

How does DTF hold up after washing?

Wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and direct ironing on the print. With proper care, prints stay vibrant for years.
